katsanes Posted July 22, 2016 Author Share #21 Â Posted July 22, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Â 1. DNG only mode added DNG is now available as a separate mode (besides JPG and DNG+JPG). I'm curious as to how this affects wifi image transfer through the Leica Q app - will it convert to JPG on the fly or allow DNG transfer? Â If it's like the other cameras I've used that have this feature, it simply will not work if all you have are DNG. Â Just like today, you just don't see the DNGs that exist... sumolux Posted July 22, 2016 Share #23 Â Posted July 22, 2016 I was thrilled to see an updated (22/07/2016) manual available:Â http://en.leica-camera.com/Service-Support/Support/Downloads?category=124335&subcategory=&type=&language=all BUT it does not appear to address Firmware 2.0. Â Â Indeed a bit bizarre to bring out an updated manual, and then not have the newest firmware intregrated (for instance it still mentions only JPG and JPG+DNG as options, etc.)

Many people have been complaining for the lack of DNG "tether", although I definitely don't (having experienced the ultra-slow transferts one gets via Eye-Fi cards in that config, not to speak of the battery drain after 1/2h backup)
