i like the way you used a slow shutter speed so the snow flakes were blurred then the flash gives a 'sharp overlay' 

PS : DO NOT SEND any SNOW to Brentwood Essex ( England) but any Food Parcels are welcome as the Yanks sent in the War ---  that dried egg powder was good and  I like tinned peaches ----
