How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

My model had taken the day off, and I looked around for someone (something) I could shoot with my SL and Summicron-SL 90, and Piper was the only thing available.  Sorry for another dog picture, but hey, at least this is not another cat shot.  ☺️

They do go to school.  Bangladesh has a 97% rate of school attendance for primary grades.  These children are working seasonal work during the dry season collecting rocks from the river bed while the water is down.  They do work hard but they seem very happy.  The families all work together with lots of laughing and playing, too.  Thanks!

Hi,

I had the pleasure in attending our "U.K. Photography Show" in Birmingham yesterday and took my Leica SL along to the Panasonic Stand.  Here's a quick shot taken with the Panasonic Lumix 24-105mm f/4 lens on the SL.

I'm a sucker for a full moon rising just as the sun goes down, and a decent layer of haze helped it look even more red than usual.

SL attached at the prime focus of my old home-made 10" f5 newt. (so about 1250mm focal length).
