Will be interesting to see how the upcoming 16-35 SL compares with the 21-35 R!

Yes, the 21-35 R is a bit of a bargain right now. Erwin Puts in his review said it "has an optical performance that equals and in many cases surpasses the comparable fixed focal lengths and delivers very punchy images" . Taking mine with a newly acquired SL to Northern France soon so looking forward to seeing how it does in the field. It certainly did well with the A7R2.

Nice photograph.

 

I didn't realise there was already so much construction on at the future underground station site.  I hope they cover it all up well once it's done.
