This is an old movie theater in downtown Chicago.  This was taken from inside a moving bus so I am very pleased with the result.  Also, I used the new version of DxO to process the photo and I erased a telephone line that went across the entire width of the picture.  The intelligent replacement algorithm is very impressive.  SL with SL24-90.

Thanks,

Mark

bokeh is very smooth.... i'd like to have one.

Blacksinner:

I was encouraged to buy one but was concerned with size and weight. Well, to my absolute delight, the size and weight are quite manageable because of the way the lens balances on the SL.

As to the lens' performance, the images are absolutely stunning! Even with high expectations, I am so very impressed.

And, it works quite well with the TL2, thereby extending its capable range to 420mm. It certainly can be handheld and I cannot see any remarkable image degradation at that length.

If this lens is under consideration I would absolutely encourage you to go ahead. It is that good!  You will be delighted.

Its been a long time i’ve had this lens in my mind. But i ahve to collect the m 35 and 50 lux as top priority and then 90-280. And i’m already looking ahead for 90-280 currently =) just waiting for a lady fortune to visit my bank [emoji16]. The size is never a concern for me as i have used canon 400mm f5.6. I think this similiar size. And i never complaint about it. As the quality on SL with 400mm f5.6 is stunning, i’m looking forward to 90-280 it will be mind blowing
