How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Dream of roses - this photography is not specially processed. The effect is already one, which has been achieved by the photography itself. With SL and 90/280.

I am really enjoying the contrast and color of your APO shots...............I know a few years back this lens was not easy to find. I will have a look and see if my mate in Scotland has one and if so I think I might just get it. Problemm is if I get one then I will need a M to use it on...........shit never mind I will just wait and see how I get on with the TL2

For those who think the 24-90 is a heavy lens, here is one for you to try.  The Leica R240/2.8 weighs over 6 pounds by itself!!  I'm going to have to go to the gym to use it but since I've had my cataract surgery, I can focus it!  It had been stored with all of my other manual lenses because I could no longer focus it.  My left eye - shooting eye - is now 20/20!!  These hummingbirds move really fast and I'm still practicing but I like this one.  I just got the Leica R to SL adapter for $750!!  Absolutely ridiculous, but it will come in handy.
