Hi Stephan:

The Tele-Elmar 135/4 is really an excellent legacy lens, and both resolution and color rendering are the strength of this lens. It is also versatile owing to its Visoflex design, therefore can be applied to Macro photographing as well.

The weather is with fog in this time of year in Hong Kong. I can send you the bigger file for your reference if you let me have your email info.

Cheers!

Felix

Hi Felix,

thanks!  stlf@bluewin.ch

You said the lens is visoflex "compatible". Can you please explain how that works with the R-2x Extender ? That sounds really fascinating.

Stephan

Trying to reconcile the M lens and R extender to the required adapters - can you please advise how the combination was mounted?

Thanks

dunk

Hi Dunk:

See attached photo below which is self-explanatory.

Cheers!

Felix

Hi Stephan:

Thank you for your email address, and I will send you larger file for your reference.

Please see my posting above where I replied to Dunk about how I mount Tele-Elmar 135/4 to SL with APO-EXTENDER-R 2x. Thanks to Mirrorless design and Live-View function, we can now easily utilize the legacy Visoflex lens plus R accessories as a hybrid system with SL. All you need to do is get all the parts ready as shown below.

Happy Shooting!

Felix
