I stick a lot with my S120 and always shoot in portrait.....after stitching just crop to get the best composition

Hi, Neil and Matt, thank you both for honest opinion and feedback. First of all, the image was 4 images stitched and then crop to final; it is not a single image.  I understand the opinion that lack of full building view. I had excuse for not including bottom because nothing interesting other than a few parking curb and handicap rail and parking sign (I clone it out). For the focal length I choose, it will be quit disturbing.

 

 

I could use a WA to include everything and make the parking curb and sign not as bad, however I will include too much foreground (mainly parking space) lose the perspective of vik beach rock in background that looks much smaller. The image was designed the way as is before I took them. I personally like the clean look and fully understand it may not work for others.

 

That was the one I can come up with from that angle. For comparison reason, I have two images shoot from different angle include whole church and not as tight with D850 and 70-200f4, they were also stitched for the view I want include.

I assumed you could have included more if you’d chosen to. I am no stranger to images that would be great if only the damned foreground would cooperate. The part you kept is so good - it’s a very difficult problem, and I have no solution.
