Hank Taylor Posted November 18, 2014 Share #1 Posted November 18, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Driving by a church when I caught these H.S. students with bouquets of flowers about to turn and enter. Had only seconds to grab my camera. Hank (pre set exposure and distance f 8 1250 sec 15 ft. ). Welcome, dear visitor! A miller Posted November 18, 2014 Share #5 Posted November 18, 2014 nice moment; those are my favorite flowers. Can't believe you shot this at only 15sec You might consider arming the image up just a bit, as I notice a fair amount of bluish hues in the white short of the girl in the foreground Thanks for sharing! A miller Posted November 19, 2014 Share #7 Posted November 19, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hank - just want to clear that I had a typo in my comment. Wasn't suggesting "aiming" the image up a bit. Rather, I suggested "warming" the image up a bit from the perspective of WB. Clearly, your aim was spot on given the circumstances. All the best, Adam

A miller Posted November 19, 2014 Share #12 Posted November 19, 2014 Hank, as I do more color, I find that the longer I sit on an image, the more tweak I identify that are needed to the WB, saturation, etc. I also think that this forum should be a basis for others to point out possible tweaks. I think the image was greatly improved by your tweaks.
Bill W Posted November 19, 2014 Share #13 Posted November 19, 2014 The "warmed up" shot is excellent.
