autumnal landscape in infrared

these are my first attempts with infrarerd photography. I bought 2 filters, so that can cover the range of my lenses. For my MKII I discovered that only Novoflex adapter is lightproof, so exercises with this camera will follow later on when we get another series of nice lighting.

It seems that subjects can be found anywhere if light is contrasty enough. A different world of light and subject is waiting to be discovered and inviting for light adventures.

Have a look.

Michael,

many thanks. I'll continue with that of course. The originals are much more detailed than this posted size. The whites seem here a bit burnt but they are detailed in my files. One can reduce the world to its designed basics. This is fascinating enough.

Stuart,

thanks for your time and looking at these samples.

Louis,

thank you very much for your response and yes, you should again go back to the roots of light beyond our adapted eyes.

Paul,

thank you for your kind comment from which I always benefit.

I was also surprised to find the effect so strong. But by compression the lights seem burnt which they are not in my original files. Perhaps one has to work on this before downsizing.

The structure of the landscape or any other subject comes out very clearly which I find very exciting.
