Hank Taylor Posted November 2, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted November 2, 2014 Here is a fuller view of the same picture. After looking at the original I think I like this one better. Lately, I realized, for me, there is more to see and shoot without spending time and travel covering the world. How muct easier it's to stay close to home and discover a whole new work beneith my feet, Hank Welcome, dear visitor! pauledell Posted November 3, 2014 Share #8 Posted November 3, 2014 Hank, A good eye for subjects when you thought you were tapped out. While I like both versions, like Louis, I favor the first. A great shot. Paul
Iduna Posted November 3, 2014 Share #9 Posted November 3, 2014 Hank, I like both versions, no 1 for its composition and supporting color range and no 2 for its emphasis on the glowing of the baground colors to bring out the singel leaf. You are right, you can start immediately in front of your doorstep to start shooting. the world around us is rich, one only has to discover this. Thanks Iduna:) eventhough the grass may be greener on the other side of the fence, we have a world at our feet waiting to be exposed.
platypus Posted November 3, 2014 Share #11 Posted November 3, 2014 It seems to me that the first shot is the most pure in form, though, had you posted only the second shot. there could have been no comparison. Both are inspiring!
