Red "speckles"/noise

I recently shot some outdoor scenes with my M-P (240), with Summicron (current version) 50 f2 at ISO 640. In processing the DNG in LR (version 3.6), I noticed when zooming in (just using the "+" symbol and clicking on it) that on the subject's dark dark blue shirt, there are red speckles...ie. looks like RGB noise. I'm not new to post, and have used LR for a while with my M9. Never experienced this before. I'd not have expected it from the supposed better performance of the 240 sensor. And wouldn't expect this at ISO640...at all, even in the M9 (just in case there's a "ISO640 is too noisy for colour" suggestion). The camera has nearly no actuations on it. The shot was at mid-day outdoors...was at ISO640 because I'd just been shooting indoors, moving back and forth. I'm sure the red dots are everywhere...they just show up against the dark dark navy of the shirt in the photo.

Thoughts?

Here is a crop; note I've desaturated it somewhat to show a bit more of what I mean. This is from the DNG original, then exported thru LR3.6. It looks the same before and after export. Zoom in on the navy shirt and jeans and you'll see the red speckles quite easily. On my large Mac monitor they're quite easy to see.

I see no red nor magenta in the lady's shirt, even when adding 100% red and magenta saturation.
