janorun974 Posted May 11, 2016 Share #365 Posted May 11, 2016 Hi Guys, First, Let me tell You DocHenry, this thread is fascinating! I also have a black M7 and I'm very happy with it, It's so far the most versatile Leica M I never owned! and franckly, I love this camera... At the beggining I needed to master its particular meter when I shoot areas with hard contrasts but that does not matter, there are multiple way to master the M7. I will post also some pictures tomorrow! regards, jean, from Reunion Island PS: Long life in this thread!

janorun974 Posted May 13, 2016 Share #375 Posted May 13, 2016 Hi there, Yes self-developped at 23°C with microphen 1+1... I have never tried Tri-x just Hp5 and Pan 400, maybe soon! I guess My m7 has a tendency to underexpose by 1or 2 stop, so I still add correction each time ... especially, the contrast is hard with island sun refraction level.

janorun974 Posted May 14, 2016 Share #379 Posted May 14, 2016 (edited) Hi there Guys, On this family pic You can see from left, my mum, my grandfather friend's, grandfather, and my girlfriend. We were on Sunday afternoon, and the activity here consisted in sorting vegetables leaves for the evening meal. These leaves are called "brèdes" in creole, which are very popular in Reunion Island to accompany dishes with rice and meat, it tastes a bit like spinach. " Bon appétit !
