andybarton Posted July 28, 2006 Share #2 Posted July 28, 2006 I hope that you dropped a dollar or two in her collection box, Brent. You can certainly feel the effort she has been through that day. How hot was it?

fotografr Posted July 28, 2006 Author Share #7 Posted July 28, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Yes, Al, it's hot all over. Somebody should tell George Bush to revisit his comment about there not being any global warming. Endorphins are great, aren't they? Andy--Only 92 degrees F, but quite muggy. I hear we're in for quite a long stretch of this, so I'll have to find out where that lighthouse is that Al was photographing the other day. At least, I think it was a lighthouse he was photographing. (Right, Al?) John, Stuart, Bill--Thanks much.
martinop Posted July 28, 2006 Share #8 Posted July 28, 2006 Like her quaint smile and "open eyes" comlimented by the framing, lighting and beads of sweat on her face. Because of this, I find it a refreshing shot despite the obvious weather conditions.

dan_drabek Posted July 28, 2006 Share #10 Posted July 28, 2006 Heat wave?--what heat wave? It's 72 degrees in Santa Cruz. (heh, heh) Nice portrait Brent. The lady looks a little bent by the heat, but obviously unbroken. DD
