In the warm weather throughout Times Square, but right now especially in the pedestrian block between 43rd and 44th streets, where Broadway and 7th Avenue cross, you'll see costumed film and cartoon characters offerng to pose for tips, as well as women dressed like this or with most of the clothing replaced by body paint. I might post one such shot shortly, and I've done so in the past. Also, Quan (forum member John Kwan) posted an excellent photo in this section a few days ago called Hot Latina of two Latina women with guitars, cowboy hats and boots and bikinis.
