Thx, Mark  Chuck them in a bowl of rice and leave them on the windowsill for a few days and hopefully you will be able to recover any images on them you need. Chances are they will work fine, but i wouldnt trust them again (i would recover any pics, then bin them) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Rice ( card and rice in a ziploc bag) for a day or two should dry it out. SD cards are sealed and don't need the rice. Â I've washed many cards. Never an issue. One of my 32gb Lexars went through a complete white cycle a few years ago. I'm still using it.  The really good news is you won't do it again.
