Steve Ricoh Posted March 18, 2017 Share #121 Posted March 18, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) See my above link to Thom Hogan. Jeff Very interesting - it's no wonder Einstein spent so many years deliberating about light...
Advertisement Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 Hi Steve Ricoh, Take a look here Who still uses a handheld meter?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!

JimP Posted November 29, 2017 Share #123 Posted November 29, 2017 Count me in, just bought a Gossen Digipro F2. Carry a light meter with me all the time for incident readings.
Jerry Attrik Posted April 5, 2018 Share #124 Posted April 5, 2018 Oh good grief. All this technobabble is v. complex. A Weston Master and 'Ignorance is Bliss'. OK so I compose badly but dodging and burning under an enlarger often helps. As for dud negs. my old chem'y master advised "if in doubt - chuck it out". I wonder which meter Frank Sutcliffe used when he worked in Whitby. But I do like reading the discussions. D.Lox.
Gobert Posted April 6, 2018 Share #125 Posted April 6, 2018 I use a Gossen Digipro F2. It’s not always with me, but when I’m doing f/e portraits, it’s there.
SiggiGun Posted April 9, 2018 Share #126 Posted April 9, 2018 I use one but more for fun then for any real usage. It's about old school. At least for my type of "work" :-)
