philipus Posted January 14, 2014 Share #1  Posted January 14, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) I just received the LFI newsletter (even though I've cancelled my subscription because I just couldn't take any more articles of men in cages, insane women in Bali, people living in cemeteries, more and more praise for Magnum members and write-up after write-up on the M240's sensor) and noticed that there's a new camera strap on the block made of elk leather. A steal at only 169-189€.  Eddycam 35 mm Elchledergurt - Shop | LFI - Leica Fotografie International  What will they think of next?

250swb Posted January 14, 2014 Share #2 Â Posted January 14, 2014 I've had bad GAS for an elk leather strap for a long time. What colour is best for an M240 and Nocti combo and will the red stitching match the red dot? Or should I buy two more M240's and get three elk straps for when I'm at the zoo shooting elk with my Nocti, Lux, and Cron? But will elk affect the awesome bokeh? Can I have my M240's covered in elk and can Luigi make an elk half case? Why don't Leica use elk, for an $8000 camera it's outrageous! Why don't customer Services reply to me? aesop Posted January 14, 2014 Share #3 Â Posted January 14, 2014 ....I think the point is that elk leather vastly improves your photography. Most indubitably.

Berth Posted January 24, 2014 Share #6 Â Posted January 24, 2014 Those straps are mighty expensive. Â And they won't stop a Prague pickpocket from cutting it and stealing your Leica. I bought one with a steel cable inside.
