How to Manually Set ISO on the M?

I apologize in advance if this question has already been answered (I did a search but couldn't find one though).

 

A really simple (and perhaps stupid) question about my new M -- how do I set the ISO manually? I only seem able to access the automatic ISO settings in Menu. I tried changing the shutter dial from A to a manual speed, but that didn't seem to change anything.

Hold down the iso button and rotate the rear thumb dial
