Shot this in Chinatown, San Francisco. I love the monochrome output of this camera.

With this frigid weather outside I decided to "warm" things up.

We seem to have good luck growing orchards so I took a snapshot of this white orchard here in Maple Bay.

Hopefully it will "warm you up" as well.

I did not buy a Vario for night shots. I bought it to use in lighting conditions appropriate to its design, sensor and lens. Within those conditions that suit its use,  results from it are superb. Particularly for closeups and distortion free architecture photography. For slowxexpisures I would not ever, think about hand held. Always a tripod - better to have one really good inage than dozens of blurry ones.

If I want night images, I use a Fuji X series camera with either a native Fuji 18mm f2 fitted or any of my Leica lenses fitted to it via a Leica M adapter.

Fuji sensors work particularly well for low light imagery, producing highly developable RAW files.

Lovely image. The colors are rich which works well with the subject.
