Crawley, welcome to the forum. Apart from the opening aperture where the Digilux scores high marks, you will be more than satisfied with the X-Vario.  Don't rush AF. Wait for the green light. Wishing you happy times with the XV.

Thinking about this guy, who's images shaped a way of seeing, and that, for their power goes beyond the actual printed pictures that he made. Rest in Peace Robert Frank.
