A blue common denominator theme, subconscious, anyway?  I would invite a discussion with the typographer over the choice of italicized serif font, giving the word "important" single line real estate, lack of kerning the word "It's," and shouting "Everything" with a capital E. A serif font characterizes the traditional, the steadfast, the assurance of old school, whereas a sans serif font speaks to innovative minimalism with sharp focus. The character of your photograph speaks to the ambiguity of the typographic layout on glass. Mixing in the window display a mosaic mannequin with shirts strung out on naked hangers cries out from a visual jungle. Or is that jumble? And naked mosaic mannequin? Of course, there's reassurance from the quiet blue column, abused though it is, that gives us an anchor in the right third, roughly, of the composition. There is that outside, inside, and reflected side of this complex image.

The seduction of blue bokeh and adroit framing brings these fashionistas to life in their haute couture red/white designer wrapping.

Great Postcard, Rog. Do you print them and send by post ? I love the  X-Mas colors...

The obvious invariably escapes me, my wife may testify, so I'll plan for next year. Maybe Post-Xmas cards and send them out the end of January? Cheers to all.

Another chapter in the Book of Benqui on the "expressive language of hands in the portrait." Destined to be a best-seller. My, how you have interlaced the fingers as a mirror of the interlocking background. And those interrogative eyes as she nibbles on an index finger. . . .
