Yes, although I agree with some others and would prefer out of camera colors to be more accurate in the first place, not meaning AWB but color temperature accuracy, otherwise with post processing, colors looks great.

Yes. 37

As an aside, I would be interested in what links or techniques there are to how best to set up the M colour (note: correct spelling!) as it's one thing I have never fussed about too much, and in these early days of M ownership, I would like to make 100% sure I have it nailed.

All / any thoughts would be appreciated.

I have just downloaded my first files into Aperture 3 and they look fantastic straight out of the camera. After all the discussion here this was a real "under promise/over deliver" moment.

Not sure what the problem is, or imagined to be - but of course the Raw converter/monitor may play a part and I might just be lucky.

As an aside, Aperture shows the full metadata, where with the M9 files it was an accepted fact that Aperture could not show the aperture set on the lens. Another nice M surprise!

I have very few problems with the colours. Sometimes I have to pull red luminance down a bit like on this one, but for the rest no complaints. AWB seems to be as (in)consistent as the M9, sometimes a bit too hot, sometimes a bit too cool, but mostly OK.Testing primary colours here.
