Another Fuji film increase coming.

Some new style packaging, too: FUJIFILM Corporation renews the package design of professional photographic films | Fujifilm Global

I think film is still a pretty good deal. 36 frames of something tangible and that you can keep forever in a physical form once it's processed. And available for use only in cameras that you can also keep forever without any anxiety of them going obsolete overnight. :)

I'm not big on Fuji any longer, except for the occasional Velvia. For colour neg, Portra 400 is all I need (this is an interesting comparison with Pro 400H).

I do like the redesigned boxes, though, but I hope that is not the reason for the price increase ;)

Unfortunately this is inevitable as the market must be continually contracting.

This is indeed true I know of another film manufacturer ( not 35mm ) who are uplifting their prices as from April 1st by a double figure percentage. their reason for this is the increased cost of manufacture for a shrinking market. This I know to be true as I've seen the market shrink by a massive amount over the last 12 months.

Pricey though @ GBP4.99p compared with T-Max and Tri-X @ GBP3.69p.

Partly due to the forthcoming price increase, I was considering re-stocking with Acros 100 in 120 size. For ISO 400 I normally use HP5+ but for this order thought to try Neopan 400, but it is not listed. Is it still made in 120 rollfilm?

NOOOO,

As if shooting the Polaroid 195 isn't stressful enough. We are stuck with only 2 film options, 100c and 3000b now. And those 2 are going to increase again. But hey, like someone said earlier. I'd rather pay the increased price for the 100C and 3000B than not have any film options at all. I just don't want them to go away!
