Is it just me? I have noticed the color of the images seem to have 'faded' compare to the originals when uploaded to the thread? Thanks :)

 

Happens if your (edited) image is in a bigger color space than the sRGB one (still) used by some web browsers, blog software & c; they do look grey and anaemic.

 

The safest bet is to ascertain when saving for the web, that the web-ready file is converted to sRGB (and tagged as such for those more intelligent browsers that are color managed).

Got one of these as well ... RIP Al Kaplan, he roamed around the LEICA

and the 15mm HELIAR on PHOTONET for years.
