It doesn't seem to have the same layout or measure using the same parameters as other blood presssure measuring devices I have seen. richam Posted January 31, 2013 Share #9 Posted January 31, 2013 Paul, Judging from the markings and the numbers, this device reads KPa (kilo Pascal) on the inner scale and PSI (pounds per square inch) on the outer. If you blood pressure reads 3 PSI or 20 KPa or higher, you're in real trouble -- this is over 150 mmHg. Definitely not an accurate device for your BP.
