janlu Posted December 6, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted December 6, 2012 It's the first time , at least for me , that i see such a photograph .... where the scene play an ignoring and contrasty mood to the the own world of the player in that moment.... really enhanced by the fence and shadow he is lonely inside..... A contemplative and difficult sport-moment.... Â Outstanding frame , lines , composition and moment to get inside all of this......thinking the outside . Â Maybe a bit of confusion Frank in my English.... hope you get my thought ..... Â One of your best IMO !!! Â Gianluca

pauledell Posted December 7, 2012 Share #4 Â Posted December 7, 2012 Frank, Â The pitcher warming up, the sunshine with his shadow showing his lowered head and the rest of the others having their backs to him. Perhaps, it's the feeling of contemplation that soon he will face the batters himself. A great shot. Â Paul

Frank Sellitto Posted December 7, 2012 Author Share #7 Â Posted December 7, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Frank, a Yankee Farm Team? A most excellent POV. Way cool. Â Paul and Ben ...thank you for commenting. Â Ben, the Rochester Red Wings is the farm team for the Minnesota Twins. That day they were hosting the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Yankees who stated pitcher Andy Pettite's last tune up game (not pitchered) before returning to the Bronx. I was in attendance to see the great left-hander on a beautiful spring afternoon.
