So I really would suggest that you get a quote before you decide whether your cheap R9 is cheap enough, given the price and plentiful availability of complete examples. Serious bidders wait until the last few seconds of an auction to place their bids, so you can't judge the price of an item by whatever it's running at before then (ignoring buy it now prices or reserves).
