Ideally, I would like a dyesub but for the sizes I like to print at (13"x19"), it's not going to happen for me at the moment. I've printed photos taken with my X1 and a Canon 1D Mark 2 and I've been very pleased with the results. I have yet to print anything from my M-E as I've only had it for not even a week. For warmer tone b/w, I also use Hahhnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl. For color, mostly Ilford Gold Fibre Silk (now part of their Prestige line). If you search the forum for best printer (for M9, etc), you'll get numerous other threads, including this recent one, within which I add some comments about other important variables besides the printer used.
