sandro Posted September 12, 2012 Share #2 Posted September 12, 2012 Can you share some results that you made with this setup? Looks beautiful. Lex
Michael Hiles Posted September 13, 2012 Share #3 Posted September 13, 2012 Leitz and Leica were very good at this kind of thing. I have the same set up, plus a 135 tele-elmar, a 90mm 3 element elmar, and a 65mm Elmar. In my view this is as good as it gets.

I actually use the 65mm most of all and nest the tele-elmar for the really small things. This is a lot of fun for me.

One of my preferred to put in front of the Bellows... And is real fun that you can mount lot of glasses in front of it... just a matter of rings&adapters... ; but I confess to have never mounted the Hektor 12,5 lenshead... you bet I'll make my own test... luigi bertolotti Posted September 13, 2012 Share #8 Posted September 13, 2012 It took me a while to find the bellows adapter for the 125, but I'm sure if anyone can find it, you can! Hum... 16572, right ? Not 100% sure to have one... but I must check in a certain drawer... years and years ago, I bought any Leitz ring I found... often not caring of if and when I could make use of... (and anyway, I could use the complete lens with OUBIO and M bayonet ring for Bellows... no infinity focusing, who cares ? )

philipus Posted September 14, 2012 Share #10 Posted September 14, 2012 Very nice setup. What magnification can it give, esp with the 135 Tele-Elmar (which is my current object of desire)? Cheers Philip

Michael Hiles Posted September 14, 2012 Share #12 Posted September 14, 2012 Here is one on my macro set I am a big fan of this lens - I have had one since forever. But it is not generally thought of as a macro lens...
