The car was covered with this primitive plant that grows on trees, which I don't know the name of in English. If the cockpit shot had more DOF it would have been very good, as is, nice record and nostalgic anyway. Thanks for shewing us this treasure. edit; ps the brake/running tail light plastics are still red - VERY rare for a Ford this age they normally washed out (with U/V?) after only five years or so. I well remember sitting in our drive, playing with the controls, particularly the sliding heat / ventilation controls which reminded me of an aircraft or Fireball XL5.... Probably the best thing you can say about these old cars is that they, well, did drive ... My late father, even when owning a 5series BMW, always glorified his first car, a VW Beetle, stating that it was the best car he had owned.
