the dragon-fly kept its distance constantly almost at 2 mtrs and better for me not to fall into my uncle's pond.

these days the weather is so lovely I went to the garden hunting for some insects.

Trying to find out about how to handle an Elmarit 90 R-lens on a Canon MKII in a

small depth of field.

The bee was a matter of patience and the dragon-fly kepts its flight distance from me as an unexperienced hunter.

since I want to get closer I'll probably search for an 180 mm Elmarit. due to scaling down the 2nd one may look a bit blurred but it is not as Tiff with 6 MB.

Thanks for taking time and looking.

Caryl, Mark, Bob,

thank you for appreciating my first effort, I'll try to get more and even better results.

Mark, the extension tube is great because there is no blurr due to any glass. But the deph of field is very small, therefore I am happy you liked the sharpness. Although I am working to be more precise here.
