I was in the area temporarily so that's not based on a long standing relationship, but I bought them a D-Lux 2 and they seemed to know what they were talking about and their prices were the same as on-line prices. If you have a rental car it is a nice drive up I95 above Boca Raton and below West Palm Beach. (Around 50-65 miles if I remember right) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is a suprisingly large population of retired people in that part ot the state, and the driving skills, habits, etc are a challenge to deal with. Be careful. When I visit our branch offices in Florida I always try to fly as close as possible to them to avoid the highway, but on a multi-branch visit it's unavoidable. About the best is in Delray Beach Florida and the ride should take you about 1 hour to the Delray Beach exit. At the exit go East (Right) and straight on Atlantic Ave. Take that to 2nd. Street and make a left..The first shop inon the right about 1/8 mile, the second shop is another 1/2 mile up the same street on the left. I puchased my camera over the phone from the Delray Beach store (after seeing they had some posted here) and they were very pleasant to deal with. I have never been to their store in Florida when I lived there and I lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach and had an office in Delray Beach. Dale Photo in Hollywood is the only dealer within 30 miles, so it looks like that's your best (only) bet. Don't know Hollywood at all, but the city itself is a Miami suburb, albeit just over the Dade County line in southern Broward County. Never much ventured into Broward County when I lived in Miami.
