:rolleyes: What a beautiful piece of instrument!

 

 

Thank you Ivan, for the compliment to Leitz. It was my father's, though it was from before his time. It was owned by a University that had several of them stored away. I thought a Leica camera was heavy; this is solid, hard to move. I believe about 20 (maybe) years ago, Leica reissued a commemorative copy of it for collectors.
