There are a lot of clues. Including no hand rails. Such as red tile roofs on white buildings which appear to be in a relatively compact affluent area. And a hilly, possibly mountainous, area coming down to be a relatively calm body of water which might be a large lake or a quiet sea or ocean. Which might be a place like a Caribbean Island. There is more.

It is! It was our second time.  First time was years before covid.  The islanders have really economically suffered from the absence of tourist.  Many resorts, restaurants and shops went bust. Over to you.
