The trees resemble Thujas, by their color possibly Thuja Occidentalis. This most frequently grows in north-eastern America, or so WikiPedia says. There are two devices that may be GPS receivers; they might or might not indicate a geologically unstable location (or, perhaps, dam construction). Ah, yes, the traffic appears to run on the right hand side of the road.

Well it’s the reservoir of guadelest near Alicante. And in Spain they have a lot of South American trees. They brought the seeds from South America.
