Thanks for all the very kind comments everyone!

Steve - It's never too late to pick up the piano again :)

Stuart - This is the piano she got, the way I see it; I get to play the piano whenever I please, but noone but me touches my Leica ;)

Eddie, The close-in shots are beautiful. I love your framing and the designs you created. Strong!

Larry

I agree with Larry Eddie, The close-ups are great.

Getting more & more interested in the X1, just afraid the M6 will be jealous.

Cheers,

Paulo

Paulo - Firstly, thank you for your kind comments.

Secondly, don't be worried! The X1 will NEVER replace a film M (it's coming VERY VERY close to replacing my M8 though :p). There's something about a film M + a Leica 35 or 50 lens + a roll of Tri-X combination that simply cannot be replaced by electronics.

Nice work. Sounds like you may have one camera too many. I've been downsizing myself. In my case I'm selling some of my film bodies, since they remain dormant for the most part. The M8 stays, it remains my favorite.

Mauro, Wilfredo - Thank you guys for viewing and commenting.

Even though the X1 is stunning and takes great picture, I just can't give up my M8 (my first Leica). I just love it too much :)
