Here's mine. I was lucky enough to get one from B&H a few days ago.

@Stuart- Yes, the speedo was temporarily at zero. I assure you, though, it shows the higher digits quite well :)

Not a self portrait but a portrait nonetheless. Taken by my partner Elizabeth.

Hi,

My chrome M8 (and 75mm Summicron :) ) arrived this morning and I am delighted with the handling of it. Weather today has been awful - dark and gloomy and I woke with a cold so haven't ventured out with the camera yet and there is a limit to how often my wife and cat want to be photographed by a sneezing photographer!! Hope tomorrow is brighter but managed to get enough light to take this!!

Very best wishes

M8 - 50mm cron

I set the 28mm Summicron to 0.7m, set the self-timer and held it at arm's length:

so this is my contribution after about two hours of working with my new M8; it really encourages experiments; I took out my dust-covered Metz 50 MZ-5 and tried 4s with strobe on my 21asph; I processed the Raw file with C1 and changed to B/W in PS; what I really like about the M8 is that I can do experiments with my M lenses and learn very fast without waiting for the lab, great!

BTW: this thread is a great idea!
