Bill Allsopp Posted February 24, 2012 Share #3037 Posted February 24, 2012 When this was first posted I wondered if this was the personal car of William Morris (Lord Nufffield) it appears to be a smallish car and of the right age. The fact that so many other possible answers have been wrong makes me ask if this is indeed the answer. His biography is a good read if you are interested, Not just a millionaire but making c. £1 a year when to be a millionaire was really something! He gave virtually all of it away. elansprint72 Posted February 24, 2012 Author Share #3039 Posted February 24, 2012 Yes to Dr. No! This is the 8-litre "company car" of W.O. Bentley, now back in the ownership of Bentley Motors as part of their heritage collection. Unfortunately their new boss is not the slightest bit interested in the heritage. That is why their next model will be a competitor for the Porsche Cayenne (another of his off-spring). Welcome, dear visitor!
