NigelG Posted May 25 Share #23422 Posted May 25 Door handles, indicator + rear-hinged doors = T97? Tatra T97 so late 1930s? Maybe 1938? Not a usual Tatra colour AFAIK

Not a usual Tatra colour AFAIK Very well reasoned ! This indeed is a 1938 Tatra T97 Aerodynamic Sedan. The T97 series, basically a scaled down version of T87' was designed by one of Hans Ledwinka's sons, Erich, the main external difference being the lack of a sixth window on each side, the windshield is just a single flat pane of glass and no center-mounted headlight. wlaidlaw Posted May 29 Share #23440 Posted May 29 (edited) I can tell you its registration number if that helps. It is C546BFB and was made (butchered?) by Glenfrome. Looks like it is brush painted in Dulux gloss. I believe most of their output went to Brunei and straight into storage. I believe it is currently for sale for £9000 (or nearest offer).
