stuny Posted March 11, 2022 Share #17162  Posted March 11, 2022 Thank you, John.  this next one has a bit less power than the last two mystery cars.  I've cloned out the name of the city on the side of the car, as well as the logo on the wheel hub. stuny Posted March 12, 2022 Share #17165  Posted March 12, 2022 Arto got it before Graham. Your turn Arto. The first time I ever saw one of these little electric cuties was three weeks ago in Campeche in Yucatan, Mx. A week later I saw one in Merida.   Welcome, dear visitor! Quite a few years ago I would occasionally see this one being driven by its rather famous owner; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntH0WoW4p4g Philip. wlaidlaw Posted March 12, 2022 Share #17169  Posted March 12, 2022 I went to buy a S/H Twizy in France after my Yamaha sports quad bike was stolen. The Twizy was quite cheap but you cannot buy the battery, you have to lease it from Renault, the monthly cost not decreasing for a second hand car. The economics for a low mileage user like me (estimated 2 to 3000km max per annum) just made no sense at all. You can buy a battery from a scrap dealer but I understand that Renault dealers are refusing to install these and code them to that specific Twizy, without which, the battery will not talk to the car. As a result sales have been somewhat disappointing. Citroen have just brought out the Ami which could have been of interest, except its battery range is tiny. Under unlikely ideal conditions, the range is an absurdly limited 69 km but in reality nearer to 50 to 55km, which would not take me to my nearest large town, Draguignan, and back. Public charge points in France are few and far between away from the Autoroute network, with the few available, either occupied or broken. Wilson

pippy Posted March 16, 2022 Share #17180 Â Posted March 16, 2022 First thought was Ferrari 330 GTC but I believe the crease-line is too low / rear panel above the wheel-arch to be too deep. Still; anywhere near? Philip.
