You mean it is not out-accelerated by an arthritic snail?  :) 

 

That looks like a Porsche badge in the centre of the nose. I did think about a 550RSK, with its headlight covers removed but there is no side light in front of the headlight and the 550 also has an air intake for cooling the front brakes in the lower valance.

The direction of your thinking is more like it.

A few hints at this point:

  • the vehicle in question can be found on the streets in at least five (sunny) cities in the US and the EU.
  • A selective view from the side / back

Correct!

 

I came across these 3-wheeled, scooter engined, talking two seaters in Lisbon - the target of the next One Challenge in October 2016.

I did not drive them, so cannot comment on acceleration, drive comfort etc. but from what I could observe...

In many respects they do look like a fairground car indeed.
