http://www.oldcarsweekly.com/car-of-the-week/car-of-the-week-1929-hudson-model-r-roadster   … The Hudson Model R seems to have retained the 'Super Six' radiator motif … maybe you can post a compete image of the car.

I have a mystery car for the next round but need to process the photos ... hope to post them later this evening.

Best wishes

Hope someone will identify this as I'm out all day later and have no means of accessing the internet until this evening.

The vehicle is used daily but I've scrubbed out the trader's logo on the rear doors and side.

Correct !!   An Austin 6cwt van ( but not entirely original as has Morris hubcaps!)

Exhibited at Peterborough Classic Car Show last weekend .

The show was one of the worst organised car events I've attended … organisers really need to have a big think about how it's organised next year.

Traders were complaining on Saturday about the lack of exhibits and poor attendance.

Sunday was better but still lots of room for improvement … lacked sparkle and charisma … organisation all seemed very amateurish

Apparently when the A35 van reached the end of its production life, Austin dealers who were not also Morris dealers started to shout. British Leyland being experts at badge engineering just stuck Austin badges and the crinkly grill in. I believe in some countries it was even sold as an Austin Minor Van. Being the cheapskates they were, I would not be at all surprised if BL even left on the Morris hubcaps but these were probably "paid for" optional extras anyway.
