Advertisement Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 Hi michali, Take a look here 3 Brothers. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted February 22, 2010 Share #2 Posted February 22, 2010 Mike - Wonderful for moment, subject, detail and selective focus but it looks rather flat -- I suspect that some post processing to punch it up will cure that.
clinchico Posted February 22, 2010 Share #3 Posted February 22, 2010 Mike - Wonderful for moment, subject, detail and selective focus but it looks rather flat -- I suspect that some post processing to punch it up will cure that. I do agree with Stuart Other then that a well captured image. Herb
michali Posted February 22, 2010 Author Share #4 Posted February 22, 2010 Stuart & Herb- Thank you for your comments. This was taken after sunset hence the reason it's flat, I'll have a go at it again and repost later on. Thanks for the valuable & constructive feedback which I appreciate. likalar Posted February 22, 2010 Share #5 Posted February 22, 2010 Wow, great photograph! I know very little about wildlife photography, but I imagine you are a very patient man to achieve this photo. (Not to mention your director talents. They are lined up so perfectly). Very well done! stuny Posted February 22, 2010 Share #8 Posted February 22, 2010 Larry - One of the talents that is necessary for Mike's vocation which helps him get his wonderful wildlife photos is to read all the indications of what might be where (such as certain vervet monkey and pandolin calls indicate a leopard nearby), which after two or three decades of leading people in the bush he's really good at. leicamann Posted February 23, 2010 Share #9 Posted February 23, 2010 Great shot...a rare one too..3 cheetahs in a row I think your "hybrid" does some justice to the Leica colour palette Thanks for posting Cheers, JRM
allamande Posted February 24, 2010 Share #10 Posted February 24, 2010 Mike, I had to blink to make sure I wasn't seeing things in triplicate. Amazing shot, they are unbelievably cute too! You can play with the contrast a bit to make this pop further, but it's impact is there full force, as is. Ece
