Sony Alpha 850 & Leica 105-280mm R Vario Elmar

I've just converted my Leica 105-280mm R Vario Elmar to a Sony Alpha mount- see: http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/customer-forum/116763-r-lens-solution-via-sony-dslr.html

My first shot with this kit.

Thanks for viewing.

Stuart & Herb- Thank you for your comments. This was taken after sunset hence the reason it's flat, I'll have a go at it again and repost later on. Thanks for the valuable & constructive feedback which I appreciate.

Wow, great photograph! I know very little about wildlife photography, but I imagine you are a very patient man to achieve this photo. (Not to mention your director talents. They are lined up so perfectly). Very well done!

Larry -

One of the talents that is necessary for Mike's vocation which helps him get his wonderful wildlife photos is to read all the indications of what might be where (such as certain vervet monkey and pandolin calls indicate a leopard nearby), which after two or three decades of leading people in the bush he's really good at.
