When you get an M7 with 0.58 magnification, does it show 24mm framelines? I wouldn't say they refuse to recognise this - but they are only careful. I could imagine some threads in some forum complaning about the lens being "out of focus on large openings though it is spot on with smaller one's, I have to send it to Solms, why is QC so bad" etc etc., if they would not post a caveat about the lens.
