I commented on this image last night, but I don't see the comment today. I find it very amusing and very appealing. The picture elements are quite harmonious, and the play of sharp detail and colors against the bokeh is delightful, well set off by the out of focus red light in the lower right.

Stuart, this shot was pure luck, i was standing one level deeper and these shoes belongs to a cute swedish tourist girl who was sightseeing over the water. I walked by, she did not notice me for a while. The dog was so funny in this combination. Did 3 shots, waited for the red light and the dog looking in my direction.

I know her : she's called Greta and she studies the symbolism of the dog

and the red light in the legend of Faust.

Pure luck here is also pure fun : I like the way key elements (dog and light) are understated

by the OOF.
