SteveYork Posted March 1, 2010 Author Share #164  Posted March 1, 2010 Two MPs and a few lenses: 35/2 asph; 50/1.4 asph; 90/2.8 and 135/4 A Leicaflex SL and SL2 with 28/2.8; 50/2 (w/ extension tubes); 180/3.4 apo   I'm down to a pair of MPs and a Leicaflex SL w/ no R lenses remaining. I'm not sure what I'll do with the SLR. It was purchased from a collector, never used, and I put too much money into it to make it right.  I'm going to pair my M lenses down a bit too. morgants Posted March 10, 2010 Share #168  Posted March 10, 2010 Film Minolta XE-7(roll of Tmax3200 in it now); Hasselblad 500cm(having film processed now); Leica M6 (Kodak B&W C41) carried with me daily. Digital Canon G10 carried in my daily bag; D70,D200,D700 in my work bag  Oh yeah, M8 due for delivery tomorrow...........  I carry the M6 and the G10 all the time in a large Timbuk2 bag that poses as my "briefcase". Tomorrow I feel the M8 will be fondled most intimately for the next few weeks till the new wears off anyway. If I am working, the Lowepro bag with the Nikons is on my shoulder. Peter_S Posted March 11, 2010 Share #171 Â Posted March 11, 2010 Just bought a Contax G2 as replacement of my TVS III. Could not afford a M8.2 and wanted AF for what I need the camera for this year. Running through my first roll of XP2 - quite excited to be back to analog!
viramati Posted March 11, 2010 Share #172  Posted March 11, 2010 Hi Cider eye. Yes it was the one Aperture had. I bought it as I was thinking of trying to do a bit of film work again. You seem to get a lot of camera for your £ but time will tell. I reckoned that for that price I could try it out and really see if I wanted to get back into film work and the hassle of processing and scanning. If I do I can probably sell for the same price (provided its still working!!!) and then get an M6 TTl or M7

Hausen17 Posted March 15, 2010 Share #179 Â Posted March 15, 2010 I regularly use my Contax G2 and Leica M6 Classic and love both. Also have a Konica Auto S2, and still have my first camera a Minolta XD7 which I use sporadically (only when I want to use the the 16 fisheye) Recently exiting my M8 and primarily went back to film but with Canon 7D for macro only, and have an EP-1 in my briefcase so I always have a camera on me.
