Advertisement Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 Hi Mokkacream, Take a look here Shawn the sheep. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
pauledell Posted November 9, 2009 Share #2 Posted November 9, 2009 Andreas, A great shot. It looks like you have their undivided attention. Is this a sheep chorus with you as the director? Paul
Max Alfy Posted November 9, 2009 Share #3 Posted November 9, 2009 Great composition Andreas. I like the comic effect of all these massive sheep perched on matchsticks.
stuny Posted November 9, 2009 Share #4 Posted November 9, 2009 Andreas - I agree and add that I like the color, light and detail. I think it might benefit from a one degree rotation to the left.
Mokkacream Posted November 9, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted November 9, 2009 Andreas, A great shot. It looks like you have their undivided attention. Is this a sheep chorus with you as the director? Paul OK, thanks everybody for your kind comments. I must admit, that I did not take this photo by myself. It happened when I reviewed my M9 shots of the day, that my wife "stole" my M9 from the desk. She has been wondering for quite a while, why this M9 got so much more attention over the last couple of days then she herself. This photo was one among some more, that she brought back home later that evening. I was stunned, because it was her first appointment with a Leica DRF. By the way, I even wouldn't have been able to get this nice shot at all. I guess, that the sheep were just astonished and like "shock frozen" by the beauty of my lovely wife. You might remember: I have not got any single bad comment from my wife, when I bought all that expensive Leica stuff recently, despite having very valuable and complete Nikon equipment. Her only comment was: "I will not ask, how much it was". I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. So it was my wife, who took this photo. And now she even begins to understand, why the M9 .... PS: I went outside, today, to have a look, if the sheep were still standing there "shock frozen". They don't. Luckily.
