stuny Posted October 6, 2009 Share #1 Posted October 6, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I had just left Forum member Mark Blumer -- He to go into The International Center for Photograhy and me to go back to work (sigh). I saw this older gent (even older than I) in his new 430 Spyder fussing with his cell phone, on 45th, just east of 6th Avenue, late yestreday morning. Advertisement Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Hi stuny, Take a look here (Phone Sylvia to tell of recapturing my youth, and brag to Virgil). I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
epand56 Posted October 6, 2009 Share #2 Posted October 6, 2009 Stuart, don't tell me you do not have one of those red lightnings... Nice picture, it is never too late for fun.
ptarmigan Posted October 6, 2009 Share #3 Posted October 6, 2009 Very amusing. No one that age here in the UK can text! Gets hard hat and coat
thompsonkirk Posted October 6, 2009 Share #4 Posted October 6, 2009 Good angle - the window does a good job of framing his activity. Kirk

dpattinson Posted October 6, 2009 Share #6 Posted October 6, 2009 I think he's googling how to hotwire a 430... and apparently showing his age by using his index finger to text instead of his thumb. pauledell Posted October 7, 2009 Share #9 Posted October 7, 2009 Stuart, A great shot. If you could have moved a bit more, you probably could have read the text message on his cell phone. Paul
stuny Posted October 7, 2009 Author Share #10 Posted October 7, 2009 Virgil - Thank you. I would have stopped longer than to take just two shots, but enjoying myself with mark meant that I hasd to hurry back to the office for a late morning meeting. Paul - Thank you. I'll have to keep an eye out for him, though I doubt "Sylvia" will let him drive in town any more.
